GUJCET Exams Admit Card for 2020

GUJCET is a state-level entrance examination that is conducted every year to facilitate admissions to students from Engineering & Technology and Pharmaceutical programmes. This examination provides admission to UG graduates in fields of engineering, pharmaceutical studies in several educational institutions located in Gujarat state. The duration of this examination is 3 hours with multiple-choice questions based chemistry, physics and mathematics or biology.

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board (GSEB) has postponed the GUJCET 2020 examination which was scheduled on the 31 March 2020. Due to the unexpected outbreak of coronavirus, the board has decided to postpone the GUJCET 2020 exams. GSEB will reinitiate the release of the GUJCET 2020 admit card again. Further details and official notice will be released on gseb.org. Since the examination has been postponed, the admit card will also be issued again.

 

The GUJCET admit card will be available online. All candidates must do the following to download the admit card online:

  • First, visit the website and click on the link
  • Then a new tab opens and asks you to fill log-in details
  • Write the Application number and Password in the given space and click on the ‘submit’ button
  • Your GUJCET 2020 admit card will appear in PDF form on your screen

 

After receiving the GUJCET admit card, kindly check all the information on it and later print the admit card. The admit card will have the following information – applicant’s name, parent’s name, roll number, applicant’s phone number and signature, reporting time, exam time, exam venue and other examination guidelines.

 

The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will declare the GUJCET cut-off 2020 via online. Candidates who are appearing for this exam must go through previous years cut off to get a little idea on their chances of getting admission into the desired institutions. The GUJCET cut-off 2020 consists of open and close ranks that a candidate needs to acquire, in order to become eligible for admissions. Candidates who are closer to the GUJCET cut-off 2020 rank have more chances of getting admission.

Cut-off range differs for candidates depending upon the desired course and the college. There are various factors that determine the GUJCET cut-off 2020, and they are the total number of candidates who filled the application form, total number of questions filled in the GUJCET question paper, written exam performance and difficulty level in the question paper.

 

For instance last year, the cut-off opening and closing rank for the GUJCET 2019 examination in Aadhishwar College of Technology, for Computer Engineering was 14594-35463 rank for General (GEN) caste and 37582 for Scheduled Caste (SC).

The cut-off opening and closing rank in Ahmedabad Institute of Tech for Civil Engineering was 13607-29856 rank for GEN candidates and 30200-33009 rank for SC candidates. The cut-off opening and closing rank in A. D. Patel Institute of Tech, Karamsad for Automobile Engineering is 11502-33112. Cut off opening and closing rank in Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering, Ahmedabad for Electrical Engineering is 4672-12761.
